Salmon, Steelhead and Shad
on the Sandy River, the Coquille, Molalla and the Umpqua.
Fish the Clackamas River for steelhead and salmon. The Clackamas runs into the
Willamette River where we fish for salmon and shad. The Willamette River is a
very large river and runs into the Columbia, where salmon and sturgeon trips are
also available, you can fish the great Columbia River from Astoria on up to
Bonneville.
Fish the Molalla River for summer steelhead and winter steelhead. The Molalla
is a small river with fantastic and productive fishing; it runs into the
Willamette River and is below the Santiam River.
The Umpqua Rivers are very large rivers and consist of the North Umpqua, the
South Umpqua and the Main Umpqua, they are located out of Roseburg, Or and runs
all the way to Winchester bay on the coast.
You can fish the Coquille River for fall Chinook and winter steelhead.
- Winter Steelhead- Jan to the middle of April
- Spring Chinook- July through December
- Shad-May and June
- Summer Steelhead- July to the middle of November
